Gluten Free Pancakes
Organic Gluten Free Pancakes (Makes 6)
Ingredients:
125g organic Gluten Free Plain White Flour
1 tsp organic gluten free Baking Powder
1 egg
150ml Goats milk
Ghee
Toppings:
organic maple syrup
Organic chocolate spread
Organic frozen fruit
Method:
Sift the flour and baking powder together and put them into a large bowl or jug and stir to combine.
Beat in the egg (or chickpea flour + water) and milk to make a smooth batter.
Put a little ghee into a frying pan, roll it around to cover the surface and heat until nice and hot.
Pour batter into the pan to make 8cm/3” circles and cook on medium heat.
When bubbles appear on the surface and the base is golden turn the pancake over and cook the other side.
Repeat until the batter is used.
Serve warm with organic maple syrup, organic chocolate spread and organic frozen fruit.
