Have you tried making some delicious creamy pineapple chicken?
Use our Organic Pineapple and organic Coconut milk in BPA free tin
2 Tablespoons Ghee
1 Chicken (Curry pieces)
1 Large onion
3 Cloves garlic chopped
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/4 tsp Turmeric
Chilli powder to taste
Half tin of organic coconut milk
1 tin of organic pineapple
Cut onions and saute in homemade Ghee. Once light brown add garlic, tomatoes and chicken. Saute for few minutes. Add all spices. Then lower the heat and let the chicken cook.
Once the chicken is cooked, add coconut milk and cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce is nice and creamy.
Take it off the heat and add the pineapple chunks to the curry.
Serve with Organic rice
